Refund & Cancellation Policy
Atlantic Watersports is committed to providing a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all guests. The following Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all reservations. By booking with Atlantic Watersports, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
Advanced Cancelations Only Will Receive a refund 24 hour min.
- Reservations canceled at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable booking and processing fees.
- The applicable notice period may vary by activity or equipment type and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours of Rental Time)
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- In certain circumstances, the full rental amount may be charged, at Atlantic Watersports’ discretion.
No-Shows
- Failure to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice will be deemed a no-show.
- No-shows are charged the full rental fee and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
Weather & Safety Conditions
- Safety is our highest priority.
- If Atlantic Watersports determines that weather or water conditions are unsafe and elects to cancel the rental, guests will be offered one of the following:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule or receive a credit for future use.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations based on personal weather concerns or discomfort if conditions are deemed safe for operation by Atlantic Watersports.
After Departure / Use of Equipment
- Once the rental period has commenced and the equipment has departed, all sales are final.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for:
- Early returns
- Unused rental time
- Time lost due to rider error, inability, or personal choice
Atlantic Watersports reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy in its sole discretion. This policy is subject to change without notice.
