• Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued photo ID.

Are passengers allowed?

Yes, with restrictions:

• No passengers under the age of 10 are permitted
• Each jet ski accommodates a maximum of 2 riders total, including the driver

This policy is strictly enforced for safety and compliance.

Is a boating license or course required?

Yes. Florida law requires a Safe Boaters Course for anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 who operates a jet ski.

What if I don’t have a Safe Boaters Course certificate?

We’ve got you covered. We assist customers in completing the approved Safe Boaters Course prior to riding. It’s fast, straightforward, and mandatory.

Do you provide training?

Yes. All renters receive mandatory pre-ride training, which includes:

• Jet ski operation
• Throttle and steering control
• Local boating laws and navigation rules
• Riding boundaries
• Emergency procedures

No previous experience is required.

Do you provide life jackets?

Yes. U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets are provided at no additional cost for all riders.

Is other safety equipment included?

Absolutely. We provide:

• Life jackets
• Engine shut-off safety lanyards
• Safety briefing and operational instructions

Are helmets required?

No. Helmets are not required or typically used for jet ski rentals in Florida.

Is fuel included in the rental price?

Yes. Fuel is included in the price of your rental. There are no refueling charges or hidden fuel fees.

Are there additional fees?

Possible additional charges may apply for:

• Damage or excessive wear
• Late returns
• Violations of safety rules

All charges are clearly explained before your rental begins.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at check-in and will be released after the jet ski is returned in proper condition.

How long are rentals?

We offer a variety of rental durations, including:

• 30-minute rides
• 1-hour rides
• Extended rental options (subject to availability)

Can beginners rent jet skis?

Yes. Jet skis are beginner-friendly, and our training ensures you feel confident and prepared before heading out.

Where will we ride?

You will ride within designated, approved riding areas near Pompano Beach that are selected for safety, comfort, and enjoyment.

Is racing or jumping wakes allowed?

No. Racing, wake jumping, reckless driving, or unsafe behavior is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund.

Is alcohol allowed?

No. Operating a jet ski under the influence of alcohol or drugs is illegal and strictly enforced.

Can I bring personal items on the jet ski?

Small personal items may be allowed, but we recommend leaving valuables behind. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
